Talent Scouting in Data, BI & AI
- Help identify and engage top data & BI talent for high-level roles
- Work with the recruitment team on candidate sourcing & screening strategy
- Learn how to assess technical potential and human alignment

Marketing
Brand, Content & Awareness
- Contribute to Dark Light’s positioning as the data talent authority

What we're generally looking for
Currently pursuing Business, HR, Marketing, or Digital Strategy
Fluent in Dutch & English (French is a plus)
Analytical mindset with mature communication
Proactive, ambitious, curious about data & digital innovation
