Founder & Managing Partner
Paul Lepoutre is the Founder and CEO of Dark Light. He holds an MBA from Vlerick Business School and is deeply passionate about connecting people, emphasizing his readiness to expand his network.
Previously, Paul held roles such as Managing Director at Lemon Companies and Senior Sales Manager at SThree, demonstrating significant leadership in IT services and staffing, with a robust background in business development and people management.
Yunes Lemhouer
Lead Business Manager
Yunes Lemhouer is a Lead Business Manager at Dark Light. He has a Master's degree in Business Engineering from the University of Antwerp and brings a diverse, international perspective with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to his role.
Yunes manages client projects and portfolios, particularly in IT governance, data engineering, and analytics, while also contributing to the firm's growth by identifying new opportunities and building client relationships.
Thomas Van Haren
Business Manager
Thomas Van Haren serves as a Business Manager at Dark Light, with a focus on using his expertise in team dynamics to enhance business & sales operations.
He has a background in marketing with a Bachelor's degree from Karel de Grote Hogeschool and has gained significant sales and marketing experience through his experience at Anheuser-Busch InBev.
Fluent in Dutch, English, and French, Thomas leverages his excellent language skills to focus on business development, actively seeking new clients and nurturing existing accounts to drive the growth and success of Dark Light.

Arthur Van Eupen
