Your Role as Marketing Specialist/Manager
To further support our growth, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist who is eager to roll up their sleeves and elevate our marketing strategy to the next level. You will be the driving force behind our online and offline visibility, with the goal of generating more leads.
Your responsibilities
- Final responsibility for marketing
- Manage and optimize our website content
- Execute marketing automation campaigns and ensure a continuous flow of leads
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase our online visibility
- Set up, manage, and optimize SEA (Search Engine Advertising) campaigns
- Create engaging content tailored to our target audience (think blogs, social media posts, and email campaigns).
- Analyze marketing results and adjust strategies where necessary
- Collaborate with our commercial team to set up campaigns that contribute to achieving our goals

Further develop and expand our marketing department.
Your profile
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B services environment
- You have knowledge of marketing automation tools, SEO, SEA, and Google Analytics.
- You are fluent in both English and Dutch, spoken and written.
- You are independent, take initiative, and work proactively.
- Collaborating within a scale-up environment energizes you.
